General Information For Our Customers

 We require a 25% deposit for all bookings which will be deducted from your final payment, this is to secure your order in our diary and confirm your chosen date. 

However, the deposit will be non refundable if you cancel your catering with us. 

At The Rustic Kitchen we take allergies and dietary requirements very seriously.  

We are happy to accommodate specific needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian, vegan, and other special diets. Our team follows strict food safety practices to minimise the risk of cross-contamination and provide peace of mind for all guests. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions during the booking process so we can create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We offer a convenient delivery service within a 10-mile radius of Rochester, ensuring fresh, delicious food is brought straight to your door. 

For locations beyond this radius, we’re happy to deliver for a small additional fee of 50p per mile. Whether you’re nearby or a little further out, we’ll make sure your order arrives safe and sound.

If you have booked any of our packages that require equipment we will set up everything before the start of your event and arrange a convenient time for collection either after the event or the following day. 

 Please note that a temporary charge will be applied to your booking, this is to cover any breakages. If the equipment is found to be in good working condition, this charge will be fully refunded. However, if the equipment is damaged or non-functional due to misuse or other issues not covered under warranty, the charge will be retained to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
