We currently have 2 postal dispatch days, Tuesday and Thursday
(unless stated otherwise).
For example - if you order on a Wednesday through to Sunday then your goodies will be freshly baked and dispatched on the Tuesday.
If you order on a Monday or Tuesday then your goodies will be baked and dispatched on the Thursday.
The cut-off time is midnight.
So, if you specifically want your goodies for the weekend then please order on a Monday or a Tuesday for a Thursday dispatch!

We use Royal Mail tracked 24, however this is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service so please allow up to 3 days for your goodies to arrive.
If you’re purchasing one of our boxes as a gift there is an option for us to send it special delivery signed for however, this will be at an additional charge.

PLEASE GIVE THE CORRECT EMAIL AND CONTACT NUMBER WHEN ORDERING AS THIS IS HOW ROYAL MAIL WILL SEND YOU YOUR DELIVERY/ TRACKING CONFORMATION.

Please note – our postal boxes are too big to fit in your letterbox so please keep this in mind when ordering.
If you are not going to be in, please leave a note for the postman or you can go on the tracking email / text you get from Royal Mail and select a ‘safe place’ a ‘neighbour’ or to re arrange a re-delivery.
